Pastor Alvin O’Neill leads Salt & Light Church with a heart for prayer, discipleship, and helping people discover the hope of Jesus. His ministry experience includes pastoral leadership and serving young people through the Hispanic UMADAOP Youth Center.

Alvin and his wife, Jennifer, have two sons, Alvin Jr. and Zech. Together, they want Salt & Light to be a welcoming church family where people are known, encouraged, and supported.

Today, Salt & Light brings church beyond the walls—through Sunday worship online at 10:30 AM, The Gathering in homes and community spaces, neighborhood outreach, and The Way discipleship. Inspired by Acts 2:42–47, we learn Scripture, pray, share life, and care for one another.
